OrthoFiller is an automated method to improve your genome annotations. It finds the genes that your gene finder missed!
OrthoFiller leverages genome annotations from multiple species to identify missing genes and fill in the blanks that you didn’t know were there. In a typical run it can identify hundreds of conserved genes that your gene finder missed.
